Listen to customers\' concerns and vehicle issues to understand their needs. Sales and Promotion: Promote the workshop\'s services, including vehicle repairs, maintenance, diagnostics, and other offerings.
Provide quotes or estimates for services, explaining costs and procedures.
Upsell additional services or recommend preventive maintenance based on customer needs. Customer Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Address customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns professionally and promptly. Marketing and Advertising: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers.
Use various marketing channels, such as online advertising, social media, and local promotions, to increase the workshop\'s visibility.
Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed. Administrative Tasks: Maintain customer records and service history for follow-up and marketing purposes.
Schedule appointments and manage the workshop\'s calendar to optimize workflow. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies, services, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers. Sales Targets and Reporting: Set and achieve sales targets and goals established by the workshop management.
Prepare regular sales reports and update management on performance. Pricing and Quoting: Ensure accurate and competitive pricing for services and parts.
Prepare detailed and transparent service quotes for customers. Collaboration: Collaborate with the workshop\'s technical staff to ensure smooth service delivery.
Communicate customer needs, service requirements, and expectations to the workshop team. Follow-Up: Follow up with customers after service to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns.
Encourage customers to provide reviews and feedback online to build the workshop\'s reputation. Compliance: Ensure that all sales and marketing activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.
Stay informed about industry standards and regulations. Customer Education: Educate customers about vehicle maintenance and the importance of regular servicing.
Provide information on warranties, guarantees, and available payment options. Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and marketing efforts. Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
