5+ years in fleet telematics, automotive electronics, or a related field
Previous experience supervising technicians or leading technical teams
Strong background in quality control and client relations
Experience in workshop/fleet operations and sales coordination preferred
Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
Role Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and support the team of field technicians during installations
Oversee day-to-day project operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to deadlines
Conduct quality control checks on installations to maintain high service standards
Coordinate with operations to drive workshop sales and maximize revenue opportunities
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and smooth project execution
Train and mentor technicians, providing guidance and resolving on-site technical issues
Prepare progress reports and update management on project status
Compensation:
Salary: AED 12,000-15,000 (depending on experience)
Additional commission based on sales and project performance

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
