Ensure all repaired vehicles comply with manufacturer specifications and safety guidelines.
Maintain accurate records of all services and repairs performed.
Provide detailed reports on diagnostic findings and repair processes.
Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers regarding vehicle issues, repair timelines, and maintenance recommendations.
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Properly use and maintain all diagnostic and repair equipment (Like Computer Scanner).
Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe in accordance with company policies and work standards.
Stay updated with the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques.
Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
