Job Title: Auto Spare Parts Representative

Job Overview:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced

Auto Spare Parts Representative

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of automotive spare parts and at least

2 years of experience in Abu Dhabi or the UAE

market. The role involves assisting customers with spare parts inquiries, managing stock, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Assistance & Sales:

Identify and recommend the correct spare parts for customers and workshop technicians. Provide accurate quotations and process sales orders quickly and efficiently. Ensure high standards of customer service and technical support.

Parts Knowledge:

Advise customers based on up-to-date knowledge of car models commonly found in the UAE (e.g., Toyota, Nissan, Mitsubishi, Hyundai, German and American brands). Read and interpret vehicle part numbers, diagrams, and electronic parts catalogs.

Inventory Management:

Track stock levels and manage the ordering and restocking process. Receive and organize incoming shipments and conduct regular stock checks.

Supplier Coordination:

Liaise with local and international suppliers to source required parts promptly. Manage returns, replacements, and warranty claims efficiently.

Documentation & System Use:

Generate invoices, delivery notes, and update inventory records. Use ERP or POS systems to manage parts sales and inventory.

Job Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum

2 years of proven experience in the auto spare parts industry in Abu Dhabi or the UAE

Education:

High school diploma required (Diploma in Automotive or Mechanical Engineering preferred).

Skills:

Solid understanding of vehicle spare parts and systems. Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus). Good knowledge of parts catalog software and MS Office/ERP tools. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Candidates Will Have:

Experience working with garages, dealerships, or car service centers in the UAE. Familiarity with UAE driving conditions and the most common car models in the region. Valid UAE driving license (preferred, but not mandatory).

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
