Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct spare parts for their vehicles.
Provide professional advice regarding parts specifications, availability, and alternatives.
Handle customer inquiries both in-person and over the phone
Ensure stock levels are maintained and assist in inventory management.
Prepare quotations, invoices, and necessary documentation efficiently.
Coordinate with the workshop team to fulfill internal parts requests promptly.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing personalized and attentive service

Requirements:
Proven experience (minimum 2-3 years) as a Spare Parts Advisor in the automotive sector.
Strong knowledge of automotive spare parts (OEM and aftermarket).
Excellent communication skills in
English

Customer-focused attitude with a proactive and problem-solving approach.
Familiar with parts catalog systems and inventory management software.
Currently residing in the UAE and
