We need a hands-on specialist who will build a proper parts warehouse + purchasing system first, then run it daily.
What you will do:
Set up warehouse structure: locations, labeling, receiving/issuing/returns rules
Maintain accurate stock and parts database (part numbers, cross-references, fitment)
Purchase parts for work orders: supplier comparison, price control, delivery tracking
Run regular inventory counts and handle returns/warranty cases
Work closely with technicians/service advisor to prevent downtime
Requirements:
Proven experience in auto parts warehousing + purchasing
Strong knowledge of part numbers and cross-references
Cyber Auto experience is a strong plus
Systematic, accurate, reliable
