Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead a team of auto painters, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards.
Conduct regular quality checks and inspections on painted vehicles to ensure work meets company and industry standards.
Assign tasks to painters and monitor progress, ensuring deadlines are met.
Provide training and guidance to painters on proper techniques and safety procedures.
Ensure the maintenance and proper use of painting tools, equipment, and materials.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely project completion.
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the workshop.
Requirements:
Minimum
5 years of experience in the UAE
in auto painting and supervision.
Strong knowledge of automotive painting techniques, tools, and materials.
Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification or formal training in auto painting or bodywork is a plus.
Bilingual (English/Arabic) preferred but not required.
