Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Auto Painter with at least 5 years of professional experience in automotive painting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing vehicle surfaces, mixing and matching paints, and applying paint finishes to vehicles according to industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:



Perform surface preparation including sanding, masking, priming, and filling. Mix and match paints to achieve accurate color matching. Apply primer, base coat, clear coat, and specialized finishes using spray guns and other equipment. Inspect painted surfaces for quality, ensuring smooth and uniform finishes. Repair and repaint damaged vehicle surfaces as per customer and workshop requirements.

Requirements:



Minimum 5 years of proven experience as an Auto Painter. Strong knowledge of automotive paints, materials, and refinishing techniques. Ability to handle various paint systems (solvent-based, water-based, metallic, pearlescent, etc.). Good eye for detail and color matching accuracy. Ability to work independently as well as in a team. Physically fit and able to work in workshop conditions.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,200.00 per month
