Responsible for performing complete vehicle painting and refinishing work on
multiple car brands
, ensuring high-quality finish, accurate color matching, and adherence to UAE workshop safety and environmental standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out
surface preparation
, sanding, masking, priming, and refinishing for multi-brand vehicles.
Mix and match paint colors using manufacturer codes, spectrophotometers, and mixing systems.
Apply base coat, clear coat, touch-ups, and special finishes for various brands.
Inspect completed work to ensure
OEM-level finish
and smooth blending.
Handle dent repair touch-ups and minor panel refinishing.
Follow job cards and ensure timely completion of painting tasks.
Maintain equipment such as spray guns, compressors, and baking ovens.
Comply with
UAE safety, chemical handling, and waste disposal regulations
.
Work closely with Body Technicians and Estimators for accurate workflow.
Skills & Competencies:
Expertise in
multi-brand automotive painting
(Asian, American, European brands).
Strong paint mixing, blending, and color-matching skills.
Knowledge of water-based and solvent-based paint systems.
High attention to detail with professional finish standards.
Ability to work in a fast-paced workshop environment.
Understanding of UAE safety requirements (PPE, hazardous materials).
