Prepare vehicle surfaces for painting by sanding, masking, and priming
Mix and apply paint using spray guns in a paint booth
Perform color matching and blending for seamless repairs
Inspect painted surfaces for imperfections and finish quality
Coordinate with denters and mechanics to ensure complete body repair process
Maintain equipment and work area in clean, safe condition
Follow job cards and complete work within given timeframes
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive painting
Experience with luxury vehicles and high-gloss finishes preferred
Excellent knowledge of paint types, mixing, and refinishing techniques
Ability to perform precise color matching and surface finishing
Familiarity with safety standards and proper PPE usage
Basic English communication skills
