Mix, match, and apply paints to achieve an exact color match with the vehicle body.
Apply primer, base coat, and topcoat using spray-painting methods to ensure even and durable coverage.
Carry out final polishing, touch-ups, and inspection to meet quality and aesthetic standards.
Handle painting tools, spray guns, and booths safely and maintain them in good working condition.
Follow all safety procedures and ensure a clean and organized work area.
Requirements:
Minimum
3-5 years of experience
in automotive or industrial painting (preferably forklift or heavy equipment).
Strong knowledge of
putty application, sanding, and color matching techniques
.
Ability to deliver high-quality finishes under minimal supervision.
Attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
