About Us:
East Fish Processing LLC in Ajman is a leading seafood supplier in the UAE, committed to delivering fresh and high-quality seafood products to our customers. We are looking for a skilled Auto Pack Machine Operator to join our production team.

Key Responsibilities:

Must be able to calibrate and zero scales, make adjustments to target drop weight, and set upper control limits to prevent underweight packages and minimize over-pack.*
Set up and operate Ishida multi-head weighing machine according to production schedules and product specifications.*
Assure Weighing feeder and radial feeder clamps are tight and In good condition*
Set up and operate GEA smart packer vertical packing machine*
Must be able to read product specifications and understand packaging parameters*
Perform basic adjustments and repairs to minimize downtime, including inspecting and replacing parts like seal bars, knife blades, and heater bar tape.*
Address film tracking, sealing issues, and other operational errors to ensure smooth production.*
Must ensure equipment is running properly, and make any basic adjustments and repairs necessary to minimize downtime.*
Maintain cleanliness of equipment and the assigned work area, following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).*
Inspecting the final product and completing relevant documentation.*
Work closely with production teams and quality control to ensure efficient operations.*
Starting up and stopping the machine as necessary, including refilling packaging material.*

Requirements:

ITI or Diploma*
A clear understanding of basic troubleshooting and machine maintenance.*
A clear understanding of health and safety standards and protocols.*
Willingness to work in shifts.*
Good communication and interpersonal skills.*
