Job Description

Auto/Truck Mechanics - Europe




We are seeking

skilled and experienced Auto/Truck Mechanics

to join our client's team in Europe. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with

heavy trucks (cabin and trailer)

and the ability to work effectively in a team.

Candidates will be

tested and assessed on practical skills

during the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities



Perform mechanical work on both

truck cabins and trailers

. Work in teams of

4-8 mechanics

to complete tasks such as brake changes within a set timeframe. Carry out

diagnosis of mechanical and electrical faults

. Dismantle and reassemble components such as

headlights, taillights, and brake systems

. Conduct

tire removal, repair, and installation

(vulcanizing tasks). Collaborate with team members to ensure

efficiency and quality of work

. Follow

safety standards and company guidelines

at all times.

Requirements



Minimum

2 years of relevant experience

. Proven work experience as a

Truck Mechanic / Auto Mechanic

. Strong knowledge of

heavy vehicles (cabin and trailer)

. Ability to work in a

team environment with strict timelines

. Experience in

brake systems, electrical work, tire repair, and diagnostics

preferred. Ability to

work under supervision

and follow client expectations.

Good communication skills in English.


Assessment Process (During Recruitment)



Brake system replacement

(team-based test).

Electrical work

(dismantling/reassembling headlights or taillights).

Basic diagnostic checks
