3-5 years of experience as a mechanic, senior mechanic, or service advisor.
Strong knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, repair technologies, and automotive service procedures.
Practical experience managing a team of mechanics, assigning tasks, and controlling work quality.
Ability to organize workflow in the service area, optimize workstation utilization, and ensure compliance with technical regulations.
Confident use of professional equipment (diagnostic scanners, lifts, testing stands, etc.).
Understanding of occupational safety standards and regulations.
Language Requirements:
English -- mandatory (spoken and written, for technical documentation and communication).
Russian --

Proven experience leading a team, motivating staff, and maintaining workplace discipline.
Ability to make quick decisions in non-standard situations.
