Responsibilities:
Perform accurate diagnostics for mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues.
Assign jobs to mechanics based on skills and workload.
Supervise repair work to ensure quality and safety standards.
Support the team with complex repairs when required.
Communicate findings and repair recommendations to the service advisor.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of automotive repair experience (multi-brand preferred).
Strong diagnostic skills using advanced tools and equipment.
Leadership and team management abilities.
Diploma/Certificate in Automotive Technology (ASE or equivalent preferred).
