We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Auto Mechanic to inspect, maintain, and repair vehicles. The successful candidate will diagnose mechanical problems, perform routine maintenance, and ensure vehicles operate safely and efficiently. This role requires strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to quality work.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect and diagnose vehicle problems using computerized diagnostic equipment.
Perform routine maintenance services (oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, etc.).
Repair or replace worn parts, such as brake pads, wheel bearings, and sensors.
Work on various vehicle systems including engines, transmissions, air conditioning, and electrical systems.
Test vehicles after repairs to ensure optimal performance.
Maintain accurate records of services and repairs.
Communicate effectively with customers about vehicle issues and repair timelines.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations.
Keep the work area clean and organized
