Repair or replace worn parts, such as spark plugs, wheel bearings, brake pads, and other vehicle components.
Engine and System Repairs
Conduct more complex repairs on engines, electrical systems, fuel systems, and cooling systems.
Adjust and repair fuel injection systems, ignition systems, and computerized engine controls.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.
Complete job cards and update service history for each vehicle.
Safety and Quality Control
Ensure all repairs are performed in compliance with safety regulations and manufacturer standards.
Conduct final quality checks to confirm successful repairs before releasing the vehicle.
Customer Interaction
Communicate clearly with customers about vehicle issues, proposed repairs, and estimated timelines.
Provide expert advice on vehicle care and maintenance schedules.
Tool and Equipment Management
Use specialized tools and equipment safely and effectively.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workshop and service bays.
Collaboration
Coordinate with service advisors, parts department, and other technicians to ensure timely repair completion.
Attend technical training sessions to stay updated on new automotive technologies.
