Job Description

Responsibilities: Perform installations, repairs, and maintenance of the company\'s Global Positioning Systems (GPS) devices in vehicles. Familiarize yourself with vehicle electrical systems and wiring diagrams to ensure accurate and efficient device installations. Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues in vehicles, working closely with other technicians as needed. Ensure all installations are completed according to established guidelines and quality standards. Test and verify proper functioning of GPS devices after installation, conducting necessary adjustments and calibrations. Provide technical support and assistance to customers, addressing their questions and concerns related to device operation and functionality. Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and service activities, including documentation of parts used and work performed. Manage and update client records in internal portals, ensuring all necessary information is accurately recorded. Stay updated on the latest automotive electrical systems and technologies relevant to GPS device installations. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in automotive electronics is preferred. Proven experience as an auto electrician or similar role, with knowledge of vehicle electrical systems and wiring. Familiarity with GPS devices and their installation in vehicles is an advantage. Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and technical specifications. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment, including the capacity to work effectively in stressful situations and handle time-sensitive tasks. Demonstrate adaptability and willingness to work frequent overtimes, including evenings, weekends, and holidays when required. Valid driver\'s license with a clean driving record. Aman Security training technician certification is a plus. Experience working in the Middle East region. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Commission
