Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced

Automotive Electrician

with a strong background in vehicle electrical systems, particularly with 4x4 vehicles and advanced diagnostics. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair electrical systems in a variety of vehicles, with a focus on 4x4 models. Conduct advanced diagnostics using industry-standard tools and software. Install, maintain, and repair wiring, lighting, and electrical systems, including custom modifications for 4x4 and off-road vehicles. Perform troubleshooting and repair of alternators, starters, batteries, and vehicle electronics. Work closely with the mechanical team to ensure seamless integration of electrical and mechanical systems. Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used. Provide excellent customer service and explain electrical issues and solutions to clients when necessary.

Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Automotive Electrician, with expertise in 4x4 vehicles and diagnostics. Strong knowledge of automotive electrical systems, wiring, and electronics. Proficient in using diagnostic tools and software (e.g., OBD scanners, multimeters). Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams. Experience with custom electrical installations and modifications, particularly for off-road and 4x4 applications. Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. Strong attention to detail and safety standards. Relevant certification or diploma in Automotive Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
