Repair and Maintenance:
Fixing or replacing defective components such as wiring harnesses, starters, alternators, and electronic control units.
Installation:
Installing new electrical components, systems, and accessories into vehicles.
Wiring:
Working on and repairing electrical wiring, including repairing damaged connections and installing new wiring.
System Checks:
Performing regular maintenance and checks on electrical systems, including batteries, ignition, and lighting systems.
Customer Service:
Communicating with customers to explain issues, provide repair estimates, and discuss preventative maintenance.
Documentation:
Maintaining accurate records of all work performed on vehicles.
Safety:
Adhering to safety regulations and standards while performing all tasks.
Required Skills
Proficiency with diagnostic tools and other electrical equipment.
Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and blueprints.
Strong problem-solving skills for complex electrical issues.
