We also use applied technology expertise to serve the defense, entertainment, material handling, aerospace, science, and renewable energy industries.Duties & ResponsibilitiesPurposePerform day-to-day activities within the function and carry out AUT.Functions\xc2\xb7 Trained and examined as an ASNT and/or CSWIP AUT Operator and Interpreter and holding current certification in same.\xc2\xb7 Experience with PipeWizard Phased Array AUT system (Olympus PIPEWIZARD V4 system) and trained in it\xe2\x80\x99s set up, use and maintenance.\xc2\xb7 Ensures all AUT equipment is suitable and operational during the project.\xc2\xb7 Maintains AUT systems.\xc2\xb7 Ensures work is performed expeditiously and in accordance with agreed procedures.\xc2\xb7 Reports relevant data clearly and accurately and daily electronic backups are made.\xc2\xb7 Daily reporting and administration including timesheets and work records.\xc2\xb7 Maintains logs of component changes and repairs to AUT equipment.\xc2\xb7 Personnel team briefing, toolbox talks and equipment inspection.\xc2\xb7 Client liaison.\xc2\xb7 Ensures that Clients\xe2\x80\x99 technical and administrative requirements are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner.\xc2\xb7 Reports to Project Manager on current activitiesQualificationsQualificationsREQUIRED\xc2\xb7 PCN or ASNT qualified in UT (E)\xc2\xb7 CSWIP or ASNT qualified in PA AUT (E)\xc2\xb7 2 years experience with Automated systems (E)\xc2\xb7 Experience with onshore pipeline NDT (E)\xc2\xb7 Excel (E)\xc2\xb7 Word (E)\xc2\xb7 Email (E)\xc2\xb7 Be familiar with Pipewizard, UT systems\xc2\xb7 Have a knowledge of calibration periods for NDT equipment\xc2\xb7 Be competent at using equipment on Automated systemsClosing StatementWe offer a competitive salary, a comprehensive benefits package and the opportunity to advance in an international company.
