We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Automotive Dealer Relation to lead and oversee the full scope of our automotive sales operations. This professional will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing dealership relationships, optimizing team performance, and ensuring a high standard of customer service. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in automotive sales, leadership capabilities, and a proven ability to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day sales operations and dealership activities.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, vendors, and key clients.
Supervise and mentor the sales team to achieve performance targets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
Ensure compliance with company policies and automotive industry regulations.
Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, inventory, and forecasts.
Coordinate with the service department to ensure smooth customer experience post-sale.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Automotive Management (preferred).
At least 2+ years of experience in automotive sales or dealership management.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in dealership management systems (DMS) and CRM software.
A passion for the automotive industry and customer satisfaction.
