About the Internship:

This unique dual-role internship is perfect for students or recent grads looking to gain hands-on experience in both business operations and client engagement. You'll work closely with our internal teams to support compliance and audit processes while also assisting our sales department with lead generation and client communication.

Audit Responsibilities:

Assist in reviewing and organizing internal records, contracts, and storage agreements Help verify the accuracy of invoices, payment logs, and client data Support compliance efforts and report inconsistencies to supervisors Assist with audits of inventory and storage documentation

Sales Responsibilities:

Respond to inbound sales inquiries via phone and email Help prepare moving and storage quotes for residential and commercial clients Follow up with leads and maintain updated records in our CRM Support sales reps in customer relationship management

Qualifications:

Pursuing a degree in Business, Accounting, Marketing, or a related field Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Effective communication and interpersonal abilities Comfortable using Excel, Google Workspace, and Zoho/CRM (training provided) Energetic, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
