A leading Global Audit Firm Based in Kuwait is recruiting staff for its Assurance Department.

The senior/supervisor has the primary responsibility for the conduct of the audit as it is outlined by the lead partner and manager, in accordance with the firm policies and the profession as expressed in professional standards. The responsibilities include:

. Keeps the manager and partner aware of o progress of the audit o any material deviations from the time budget o discovery of any fraud or errors o difficulties in completing the audit as assigned o any problems in relationships with the client's personnel or the assistant accountants . Participates in the planning and risk assessment meetings . Tailors the Voyager file in consultation with the partner and/or manager, . Modifies procedures in Voyager to reflect the entity's business practices, identified risks and accounting policies and procedures in consultation with the partner and/or manager . Specifies segments of the audit program to be carried out by other members of the audit team, . Communicating with assistant accountants so that they understand their responsibilities and that they are provided with appropriate on-the-job training . Supervises the work of the assistant accountants directly. . Handles the quality of the audit documentation, including documentation prepared by assistants. . Controls the day-to-day control of the audit and that the audit is completed in accordance with the agreed timetable and budgets . Completes the planned audit work to satisfy professional standards, the audit objectives and support the report . Shares responsibility with the manager to see that appropriate summaries are prepared and that the conclusion reached supports the audit report . Prepares or reviews audit documentation . Prepares or reviews report drafts . Review the work papers and financial statements . Maintains a good working relationship with the client

Accounting All Basic and Intermediate IFRSs Auditing All ISAs Audit Software Full and complete knowledge and hands-on experience Preferred
