Audit Manager (Arabic Speaking)

Position: Audit Manager (Arabic Speaking)

Location: United Arab Emirates

Salary Range: Up to AED 10,000 per month

Experience: 2 - 5 years (mandatory previous audit firm experience)

Nationality Preference:

Open to Jordanians, Palestinians, Egyptian and Arabic-speaking candidates

Language Requirement: Fluent in Arabic and English

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and finalize statutory and internal audits in accordance with International Standards on Auditing (ISA). Review financial statements prepared under IFRS and ensure compliance with UAE regulations. Supervise and guide junior auditors in fieldwork and documentation. Identify accounting and auditing issues and recommend practical solutions. Liaise directly with clients to understand business operations and provide tailored audit insights. Ensure timely completion of engagements and adherence to firm quality standards. Prepare audit reports and management letters highlighting control weaknesses and recommendations. Maintain strong professional relationships with clients and support business development activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Professional qualification or part qualification (ACCA, CPA, CA, or equivalent) preferred. Minimum 2 years of experience in an external audit firm (mandatory) - can negotiate on experience for the right candidates. Strong knowledge of IFRS and audit procedures. Excellent communication skills in Arabic (mandatory) and English. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Must be currently based in the UAE and available for immediate joining or short notice
