Job Overview: Audit Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3-5 years of audit experience to join our dynamic team. In this position, you will take the lead on audits, ensuring full compliance with Saudi Arabian accounting standards and regulations. You will provide valuable insights and advisory services to clients, identify and address audit concerns, and effectively communicate audit results. Additionally, you will mentor junior team members and build strong client relationships. Candidates with prior auditing experience in Saudi Arabia will be preferred. Relocation to Saudi Arabia is required for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage financial audits in line with industry best practices and applicable regulations. Conduct in-depth audit procedures, including sampling, testing, and analysis of financial records. Identify, document, and address audit concerns, especially those related to material misstatements. Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian accounting standards and other relevant regulations throughout the audit process. Stay up-to-date with the latest accounting and auditing standards to ensure the team's compliance. Provide expert advisory services to clients on accounting, regulatory matters, and financial reporting. Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients, contributing to long-term partnerships. Communicate audit findings, recommendations, and actionable insights clearly to clients. Provide strategic guidance to help clients optimize financial performance and streamline operations. Supervise, mentor, and develop junior audit staff to maintain high-quality performance and foster professional growth. Collaborate with the audit team to deliver successful audit results and meet deadlines. Contribute to the firm's knowledge-sharing culture and support continuous professional development.

Qualifications:

Chartered Accountant (CA) certification with 3-5 years of audit experience. Proven experience in auditing financial statements, with a preference for experience in Saudi Arabia. Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian accounting standards and auditing regulations. Willingness to relocate to Saudi Arabia.
