About the Role

Premier Brains Global is looking for an experienced

Audit Manager

to lead and manage audit engagements for our Abu Dhabi portfolio. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent client communication skills, and the ability to guide and mentor audit teams. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality audits and ensuring compliance with IFRS, ISA, and UAE regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead statutory audits, internal audits, and assurance assignments. Conduct planning, risk assessments, and materiality determination. Review financial statements, audit files, and working papers. Ensure compliance with IFRS, ISA, UAE requirements, and PBG audit methodology. Build and manage strong client relationships as the primary point of contact. Supervise and mentor audit seniors, associates, and trainees. Prepare and finalize audit reports and management letters. Coordinate with partners, internal teams, and external stakeholders. Support in preparing proposals, engagement letters, and fee quotes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Professional qualification

CA/CPA/ACCA

preferred.

4-6 years

of audit experience, with at least

2 years

in a managerial/supervisory role. Strong knowledge of IFRS, ISA, and UAE regulatory requirements. Experience with Abu Dhabi/UAE audits is an advantage. Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
