Audit Manager

to lead audit engagements and ensure the highest standards of professional excellence.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Planning, executing, and completing audit assignments in accordance with IFRS and UAE regulations. Reviewing audit working papers and financial statements for accuracy and compliance. Identifying internal control weaknesses and suggesting effective corrective actions. Managing client communications and ensuring timely completion of engagements. Supervising, mentoring, and reviewing the work of junior audit staff. Ensuring adherence to firm policies, deadlines, and quality control standards. Assisting in business development and supporting client relationship management.

Requirements:

CA / CA Intermediate 3-4 years of experience in an audit or accounting firm (UAE experience preferred). Strong technical knowledge of IFRS, ISA, and UAE VAT framework. Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/audit software. Must be available for an office-based role in the UAE.
