Job Description
We are seeking an analytical and client?focused
Audit & Consultancy Specialist
with strong writing and communication abilities, and a proven background in drafting or implementingaccounting manuals and policies
. You will support internal and external audit engagements, provide advisory services, and contribute to developing internal control frameworks and documentation.Key Responsibilities
Audit & Consultancy
: Lead or support financial, compliance, and operational audits in accordance with ISA and IFRSAccounting Manual Development
: Draft, review, and update accounting policies, procedures, and manuals, ensuring alignment with IFRS and best practicesWriting & Communication
: Prepare clear, concise audit reports, proposals, and advisory deliverables; articulate complex accounting matters effectively to stakeholdersRequired Qualifications & Skills
Client Interaction
: Liaise with clients and internal teams to gather information, present findings, and drive action plansProject Support
: Assist in preparing proposals, methodology documentation, and project deliverables Bachelor's degree inAccounting, Finance

3-5 years
of audit or consultancy experience; experience in developing accounting manuals is preferred In-depth knowledge ofIFRS

, andorganizational abilities
Proficiency inMicrosoft Office
