We are looking for an experienced Auditor Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will have a dual role in handling both auditing and accounting tasks. This position demands a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
Perform internal audits to ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
Analyze financial statements, records, and reports to detect inaccuracies and discrepancies.
Draft audit reports that summarize findings and propose corrective actions.
Evaluate the efficiency of internal controls and suggest enhancements.
Ensure audits comply with legal and regulatory standards.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Support and coordinate with Senior Manager.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications such as CA, CPA, or CMA are advantageous.
3-5 years of relevant experience in auditing and accounting.
Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho, Tally) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
