Take detailed and relevant case history of the patients
Audiological evaluation for patients with hearing and vestibular symptoms
Basic Audiological evaluation including Pure Tone Audiometry, Speech Audiometry, Free field Audiometry, Impedence Audiometry, Eustachian Tube function assessment, Cochlear and retrocochlear assessments, Tinnitus evaluation- Pitch and Loudness matching.
Advanced Audiological evaluation including Auditory Brainstem Response Audiometry (ABR) for threshold Tracking and Site of Lesion, Oto acoustic Emissions (TEOAE and DPOAE), Screening of neonates for hearing, Positional Vestibular Tests and Canalith Repositioning maneuver for Positional Vertigo.
Advanced vestibular evaluation including Electrocochleography, VestibularEvoked Myogenic Potential (VEMP), Videonystagmography (VNG).
Treat patients and their families with respect and dignity. Identifies and addresses psychosocial, cultural, ethnic and religious/spiritual needs of patients and their families.
Answer questions about audiological procedures from within the hospital, other hospitals and the general public.
Routine subjective calibration of Audio-vestibular equipment.
Report and Document the results of various Audiological procedures.
Responsibilities:

Qualifications: Qualification
Bachelors in Science (Audiology)
Preferably Masters in Science (Audiology)
