: We are seeking a passionate and skilled Audiologist to join our team. As an Audiologist at our Clinics, you will play a crucial role in assessing, diagnosing, and treating various auditory disorders. Your primary responsibilities will include: 1. Conduct comprehensive audiological evaluations, encompassing pure-tone testing (PTA), speech testing, tympanometry, Otoacoustic emissions (OAEs), Auditory Brainstem Responses (ABR), Behavioral Observation Audiometry (BOA), Play Audiometry, vestibular assessment and management. 2. Provide hearing aid evaluations, fittings, and adjustments tailored to each patient\'s unique needs. 3. Fit and dispense hearing aids and assistive listening devices. 4. Fit and tune cochlear implants, providing rehabilitation for adjustment to listening with implant amplification systems 5. Offer counseling and education to patients and their families regarding hearing loss, communication strategies, vestibular issues, and hearing aid use. 6. Conduct or direct research on hearing, speech, and vestibular topics and report findings to aid in the development of procedures, technology, or treatments. 7. Develop and supervise hearing screening programs. 8. Participate in conferences or training to update or share knowledge of new hearing, speech, or vestibular disorder treatment methods or technologies. 9. Measure noise levels in workplaces and conduct hearing protection programs in industry, schools, and communities. 10. Work with multi-disciplinary teams to assess and rehabilitate recipients of implanted hearing devices. 11. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as otolaryngologists and speech-language pathologists, to ensure coordinated care for patients. 12. Stay current with advancements in audiology, vestibular research, technology, and treatment methodologies. 13. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards. Qualifications: 1. M sc. in Audiology from an accredited institution. 2. Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Audiologist. 3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages. 4. Proficiency in conducting a wide range of audiometric tests and interpreting results. 5. Experience with hearing aid selection, fitting, and programming preferred. 6. Commitment to continuing education and professional development. 7. Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to improve the quality of life for individuals with hearing loss. Working Hours: Shift-based working hours will be; Monday to Saturday: 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM & 7:00 PM to 10 :00 PM Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
