to oversee the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all audio-visual systems across our venues. The primary responsibility will be ensuring smooth AV operations at February30, as well as supporting additional venues as required. The AV Technician will maintain inventory, resolve on-ground issues, and uphold technical readiness for all entertainment and operational activities.
Key Responsibilities:
AV Operations & Support
Manage day-to-day AV systems: speakers, mixers, amplifiers, lighting, cables, LED screens, etc.
Handle AV setups and breakdowns for DJs, performers, and events.
Be present during key hours (especially weekends) for real-time tech support.
Resolve AV faults on the spot (connectors, power issues, cable failures, etc.).
Preventive Maintenance & Repairs
Perform regular preventive maintenance on AV systems.
Repair and replace basic AV components such as cables, adapters, and connectors.
Maintain emergency stock of essential AV supplies.
Inventory Management
Track all AV equipment in a central inventory log per venue.
Ensure proper labeling, storage, and transport of mobile AV setups.
Oversee complete setup/unsetup procedures for temporary gear.
Cross-Venue Support & Mobility
Support additional venues on a rotating or as-needed basis.
Use personal vehicle (or be provided one) to transport self and gear.
Coordinate with the maintenance department and report AV-related updates.

Candidate Requirements:
2-3 years' experience in nightlife, hospitality, or events AV tech roles.
Skilled in sound system wiring, live performance setups, lighting control, and DJ booth tech.
Strong troubleshooting mindset and the ability to work independently.
Comfortable lifting and handling AV equipment.
English fluency (Arabic is a plus).
UAE driver's license required.
