Responsibilities:
Systems Design and Standardization: Design and standardize complex audio/video/control systems for global offices. Develop and implement wiring and configuration standards for all Audio-Visual systems, ensuring adherence to best practices.
Consultation and Administration: Provide consultation on new and existing Audio-Video projects, offering valuable feedback to the relevant authorities. Administer daily routines for Audio-Video equipment and project locations.
Programming and Troubleshooting: Conduct Crestron programming, troubleshooting, testing, correction, and commissioning. Work on Apple products and provide support as needed.
Maintenance and Operations: Develop and manage operational and preventive maintenance checks for all Audio-Visual systems. Take full charge of designing, commissioning, and executing projections in the cinema.
Security and Integrity: Be accountable for maintaining the integrity, availability, and confidentiality of all work related to the royal family.
Research and Recommendations: Research, analyze, and recommend electronic systems improvements and enhancements for audio-visual systems.
Networking and Troubleshooting: Perform networking troubleshooting to diagnose static and dynamic IPs.
Ownership and Resolution: Identify defective or failed equipment and take ownership of the resolution process.
Support and Additional Duties: Provide 24/7 support when necessary. Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Qualifications: Bachelors in Computer Engineering. Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role. Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English; Arabic proficiency is an added advantage. Strong problem-solving skills. Team player with the ability to handle independent projects. Available for support 24/7 if required.
