Troubleshoot and perform level 1 repairs to all AV systems and equipment in all cinema sites
Perform regular preventive maintenance to all installed and portable audio systems/equipment being used in all cinema sites
Installation of new audio equipment
Assist in operations of special events/functions
Additional duties as assigned
Overviewing the installations of new projects
Delegating staff on a certain job
Planning and scheduling of the service of the projectors
Communicating to technical manager of allocation of new projectors and servers
Mapping the spare parts availability
Conducting trainings for the AV staff
Setting up microphone mixer and clickshare for events
Preparing RMA requests for projector/server repair
