We are looking for a proactive and responsible Attractions Team Leader to support daily operations at our venue. This role ensures smooth guest experiences, safe and efficient floor operations, and effective team coordination during visitor hours.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily floor operations across all guest areas, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and functionality.
Supervise on-shift staff, providing clear direction, coaching, and support.
Act as Duty Manager when assigned, taking responsibility for the venue's performance during the shift.
Monitor guest satisfaction, resolve on-the-floor issues, and ensure smooth guest flow.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure rooms, exhibits, and events are ready and running smoothly.
Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in a supervisor or team lead role within customer-facing operations.
Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
Good knowledge of ticketing, cash handling, and health & safety procedures.
Available for shifts including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
