- Help our customers succeed and land in the inbox of their dream customers
- Tackle challenging issues related to email deliverability, from server optimization to troubleshooting complex customer issues.
- Collaborate closely with our technical and non-technical teams to innovate and implement solutions that push the boundaries of email marketing.
- Someone with a solid foundation in Linux administration and/or DevOps, who\'s not afraid to dive deep into technical problems.
- A problem solver at heart, who views every challenge as an opportunity to learn and grow.
- A quick learner to learn the fundamentals of email deliverability (if necessary)
- Exceptional written english skills are crucial as you\'ll help guide our customers through technical processes with ease.
