Role Summary
The Attendant Food and Beverage In Room Dining position at Atlantis Resorts Dubai is responsible for supporting daily in-room dining service, ensuring consistency, quality, and professionalism while meeting the expectations of luxury hospitality guests.
Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality in-room dining service in line with luxury hospitality standards
• Support colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient food and beverage operations
• Maintain full knowledge of food and beverage menus and promotional offerings
• Provide courteous and professional service to guests at all times
• Monitor consistency, presentation, and quality of food and beverage items served
• Identify and escalate service issues or guest concerns to management when required
• Ensure service areas and equipment meet hygiene and safety standards
• Contribute to a positive team environment and high service performance

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar food and beverage service role
• Previous experience in fine dining or upscale hospitality environments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
• Team-oriented mindset with attention to detail
• Confidence in serving a diverse international guest base
