Job Details
our main responsibilities are to support/assist the waiter in delivering exceptional standard of service. This includes, running the food service from kitchen to restaurant, clearing tables and sections from debris and soiled utensils, leasing with Stewarding team to wash equipment, polishing, storing, refiling stations, setting back of house mis-en place, setting tables, serving food, complete opening and closing duties, adhered to sanitation and safety standards (ISO).
About You
Previous experience in a similar position in a luxury hotel or restaurant. Proficiency in English is required, with additional languages being a strong asset. Previous experience working in established restaurants is highly desirable. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Impeccable attention to detail and presentation. A passion for hospitality and a desire to continuously improve and innovate.
