Key Responsibilities

• Support the Manager, Sourcing in developing and implementing procurement strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage the end-to-end procurement process for assigned goods and services while ensuring timely delivery and budget compliance.
• Apply Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) principles to evaluate supplier proposals and achieve cost efficiency.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors to ensure high-quality materials and optimal pricing.
• Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
• Maintain accurate records of supplier performance, purchase orders, and contracts within the ERP/eProcurement system.
• Collaborate with internal departments to clarify technical specifications, delivery schedules, and operational requirements.
• Prepare and review procurement reports to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Monitor market changes and identify potential sourcing opportunities to enhance supply chain resilience.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of procurement or sourcing experience, preferably in hospitality or large-scale operations.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, contract management, and supplier evaluation.
• Proficiency in ERP and eProcurement tools.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
