Responsibilities:
Coordinate team activities and projects Assist in developing team strategies and objectives Provide guidance and support to team members Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures Monitor team performance to ensure deadlines are met Identify areas for improvement and develop plans of action Provide feedback and coaching to team members Ensure team members are following company policies and procedures
