To conduct monitoring and preventive maintenance activities on ATE equipment at level 1 or task-based competency, at Dubai (DXB) or Al Maktoum (DWC) International Airports and Emirates Flight Training Academy (EFTA) and off-airport sites, in a safe and expeditious manner by employing the policy, procedures and processes detailed within the CNS Exposition and CNS Operations Manual ensuring minimal disruption to the ATS Operation. Can work at Level 2 if they are suitably educationally and technically qualified and have been awarded a competence type rating.

Knowledge & Experience:
- The post holder shall have as a minimum, a formal education including basic electronics. A bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or Higher Diploma in Electronics Engineering from a recognized University, Training Establishment or have equivalent and relevant experience is preferable
- Fluency in written and spoken English to the recognised IELTS or UAE ELP level
- Completed at least two of the four Phase 1 basic training subjects i.e., Communications, Surveillance, Navigation and Data processing
- All Level 2, Level 1 or Task Based competencies held shall be current
- Some previous experience in an ATE or ATM maintenance environment
- Experience operating basic test and measuring instrumentation is advantageous
- Basic technical knowledge of Communications, Navigation, Radar, ATM, and other Airport Systems
- An understanding of electrical circuits, components and IT networks is advantageous
- Some basic knowledge of GCAA Civil Aviation Regulations
- Some basic knowledge of ICAO standards and recommended practices
- Basic knowledge of ATC and other customer procedures
- Knowledge of all CNS annual Safety Objectives
- Ability to hold an Airfield Driving Permit is preferred
- Resourceful team player who excels at building trusting relationships with customers and colleagues
- Personal airport driving permit (ADP) relevant to the local airports
- Attention to detail
- Good communication and organizational skills
- The ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematic diagrams is advantageous
