PURPOSE OF THE JOB: TO MANAGE & RUN THE WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS EFFICIENTLY &
ECONOMICALLY
SCOPE OF WORK: TO IMPROVE THE EFFICIENCY IN THE WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS.
TO IMPROVE THE CONFIDENCE LEVEL OF THE CUSTOMERS
Major Responsibilities of the Job
1. Functions as a floor in charge, managing the warehouse operations.
2. Responsible for daily operational issues.
3. Daily plan for warehouse operations for all Inbound & Outbound & other Value added services.
4. Human resource planning for the warehouse operations.
5. Warehouse manpower planning, and scheduling including leave planning.
6. Manage direct report of all warehouse activities.
7. Efficient cost management of the warehouse.
8. Efficient utilization of warehouse space.
9. Achieve higher productivity in warehouse operations.
10. Coordinate among, transport, documentations & Sales department, to implement agreed service level and operational processes with clients.
11. Meet customer KPI\xe2\x80\x99s
12. Manage the inventory of the customer efficiently & maintain accuracy in WMS updation as well as in physical stock
14. Ensure Safety in warehouse operations.
15. Continuously work for improvements in warehousing operations.
16. Setting bench mark for various warehouse activities, implement and monitoring it.
17. Prepare agreed management reports, daily, weekly or as required by the management.
18. Responsible for determining additional resource requirements during peak times and acquiring resources to support the business.
19. Ensure all billing activities of the customer are completed within the time limit.
20. Ensure all operational, administrative and customer related procedures are adhered at all times 21. Preparations of standard operating procedure and adhering to it without fail.
22. Managing relationship with staff, management and customer in a manner that seeks and encourages involvement, recognizing and valuing contributions.
23. All non conformances should be investigated, corrected and closed out.
24. Ensuring all warehouse materials handling equipments are utilized and maintained according the industrial standards. 25. Managing the warehouse operations according the EHS requirements JAFZA requirement.

9. Manage the warehouse operations efficiently in terms of maintaining quality of goods and providing service to the customers.
