Job Summary for Marine Outboard Repair Helper
- Assist technicians and mechanics with marine engine repair and maintenance tasks.
- Help disassemble and assemble engine components, and provide general support as needed.
- Organize and maintain inventory of parts, tools, and equipment; restock supplies and ensure a clean work area.
- Clean and prepare engine parts, tools, and work surfaces to maintain a tidy and efficient workspace.
- Set up, maintain, and clean equipment and tools required for repairs.
- Perform general workshop support duties, such as fetching tools, running errands, and maintaining safety and organization.
- Learn from experienced staff to gain knowledge of marine engines and repair techniques.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines for handling tools, equipment, and hazardous materials.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate as needed.
