Roles and Responsibilities
Manage capital expenditure and provide support to plants on the engineering
technology expertise,Conducting Annual and mid-year reviews together with Regional CMS engineering Leaders,Drive effective project management and ensuring proper design standards as per Company guidelines, identifying, evaluating and implementing new technical advancements and innovations. Stay abreast of supplier and competitor new developments,Support to manage technical and manufacturing aspects for the commercialization of new products,Generate timely reports and update Division/Global leadership team on capital projects, Spearheading the process technology design and deployment in line with the formulation for Personal Care Product Business. Responsibility to harmonize the existing setup and develop the best pilot model, Managing technology selection and Capex related to them for factories and contract manufacturing sites of company for Personal care, home care products, Technical support in terms of the right cost-effective technology in place for NPI(New product introduction),Managing entire program for technology-designed development and deployment as per smart manufacturing and Packing

setup design,Leading the Automation and Savings projects for personal care business and managing all the new product scale-up and optimization of the existing manufacturing process. Leading all the projects related to the process required as per the
regulatory guideline,Responsible for designing, developing and executing low-cost innovative solutions to bring localized Automations with the focus to uplift existing productivity, quality and manpower reduction with strong sustainability. Involvement in ongoing and upcoming Projects in all the Plants and their timely completion,Responsible for Project cost evaluation and seeking its approval from Management,Act as the technical interface with all internal and external clients to bring in technological advancement to overcome regular production, quality and or Design related burning issues,Anchoring project with superior communication, interpersonal, influencing and presentation with key decision makers at all levels, Responsible to keep uptime of the machine, monitor of the line and to reduce downtime.

# Responsible for all the Engineering activities, Planning and schedule execution of project.
# Follows records of inventory of spare parts and ensure optimum level of inventory across the units to avoid duplicate purchase and Assessing lifespan / warranty of equipments before its replacements,Identifies and develop vendors for upkeep and repair work of machinery and spare parts, Responsible for taking initiatives by redesigning of machine to increase productivity,Responsible for all Engg. activities related to new projects and taking initiatives on process instrumentation and automation,Coordination for quality systems implementation,Assessing Engg. Costs and processing thereto prior to its final approval stage and Materials budget in consultation with respective Factory Managers.
