:
Key Responsibilities * Preparing, reviewing and finalization of Mazda, Mahindra, Veedol and any other franchise orders to the supplier as per schedule

• Developing and implementing strategic plan to meet parts first pick availability over 96%
• To review the critical parts requests on a daily basis and arrange from GCC/VOR as per requests. Initiate proactive action to reduce the critical parts requests on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
• Follow-up with the principal on long pending (B/O) orders, VOR requirements and other issues
• EPC Review, new model & seasonal parts review
• Update and maintenance of parts master data. Monitoring the substitute data base.
• Cleaning and linking the correct supersession in the current data base in the part master.
• Branch co-ordination, Br-Br Transfers, auto transfers, arranging emergency supplies
• Recalling all non-moved parts for more than 6 months from the branches and liaising with warehouse supervisor for smooth receipt of this material in DXB.
• Assisting SCM on replenishment of branch stock in schedule time max first week of every month.
• Local purchase of tyres, batteries, etc. Monitoring the inventory level strictly as per GAL stock holding policy and procedures
• Preparing special price offer with the support of SCM/ DXB parts In-charge of Dead and slow moving stock for liquidation
• To prepare Parts package list for existing and new vehicles (Menu/Service/Maintenance Contract list etc.)
• To collect the data on lost sales part nos. & incorporate in the regular ordering system & analyzing the local procurement items for better realization
• Analyze monthly reports on inventory management progress, trend and suggesting possible optimizing solutions to the SCM, NPM.
• Preparing the international RS and keeping a track of payments of the forwarders.
• Negotiating with shipper, freight forward and local suppliers for better prices/ rate to reduce the landed cost
• Supporting warehouse operation in annual stock count and maintaining the variance at minimum level.
• Proper record maintenance & filling system for all related documents.
• Any relevant ad-hoc duties and/or relevant special projects may be assigned by the Management.
