Al-Etimad Steel Fabrication LLC is a diversified construction group specializing in steel fabrication and electromechanical construction. They provide clients with services such as Construction Engineering, Manufacturing, Project Management Consultancy (PMC), and the secondment of skilled personnel. Their expertise spans mechanical, district cooling, pipeline welding, infrastructure, and power generation. Al-Etimad also specializes in steel structure, skid fabrication, vessel and tank fabrication, as well as testing and commissioning.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, located in Al Ghail Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with employment laws. Day-to-day tasks include managing employee records, handling onboarding and offboarding processes, developing and implementing HR policies, and fostering a positive work environment. The role requires collaboration with department heads to address staffing needs and organizational development.

Qualifications

Expertise in Recruitment, Employee Relations, and Performance Management

Experience in Developing HR Policies and Ensuring Compliance with Employment Laws

Strong Communication, Interpersonal, and Problem-Solving skills

Knowledge in HR Software and Systems, as well as Microsoft Office Suite

Strong Organizational and Time-Management skills

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field

Professional HR certification is a plus

Key Responsibilities

Manage complete HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.

Handle all government-related documentation including visa processing, labor contracts, Emirates ID, medicals, and renewals.

Ensure full compliance with UAE Labor Laws and company policies.

Lead employee relations, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.

Develop HR policies and procedures to align with business goals.

Oversee workforce planning, employee engagement, and retention strategies.

Coordinate payroll, attendance, and leave management through HRMS systems.

Act as the point of contact for all regulatory bodies, free zone, and ministry requirements.
