Accountant Assistant

The Group of Companies "Special Systems and Technologies" - one of the world's leading manufacturers of heating cables, electric heating systems, special electrical equipment and explosion-proof equipment.

The Company is in the top-3 electric heating systems manufacturer in the world, is engaged in the development, design, production, supply, installation, and distribution of electric heating systems.

We are looking for the

?ccountant Assistant

to the production unit in Dubai (UAE).

Responsibilities:

Working with primary accounting documents-invoices, preparation of management reports, checking bank documents. Working with bank accounts, including reconciliation and posting transactions to the appropriate accounting ledgers. Preparation and submission of payment orders to the bank. Preparation of reports, accounting certificates. Uploading and organizing files in the company's shared drive/ERP system. Daily recording of expenses and maintaining proper documentation. Booking and verification of purchase invoices in Zoho Books. Reviewing supporting documents (LPOs, delivery notes, receipts) before posting transactions.

Requirements:

Diploma or degree of Commerce education. ?t least three years of relevant experience. Strong English; excellent document formatting skills. Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace; basic Excel/google sheets (Vlookups, pivots). Experience using Zoho Books or similar accounting software (QuickBooks, Tally, etc.) is preferred. Basic knowledge of accounting principles (debits, credits, accruals) Detail-oriented, organized, and deadline-driven; discretion with sensitive information.
