Your Role:

The Healthcare Assistant, will provide strategic and operational support to the General Management in operations of the vertical.

Your Responsibilities:

• Assist the registered nurse in personal care procedures to patients as required to meet the personal needs and comfort of assigned patients and escort patients across the clinic.
• Answer patient\'s personal calls and relay requests to appropriate individual
• Move various patient care equipment from one area to another as assigned by the nurse.
• Transport a discharge patient to his/her vehicle if necessary.
• Pick up urgent medical records and X-ray folders and /or return them to the appropriate person when assigned.
• Stock and replenish supplies and equipment as required, pick up and deliver supplies if necessary.
• Maintain confidentiality in all matters related to Patient and Organization.
• Work cooperatively with all staff within the Department of Nursing Services as well as other Departments.
• Adhere to all Aster Clinic policies and procedures.
• Performs all other duties as required or assigned.

Education & Experience:

• High school or Diploma.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
