Our office in Dubai delivers advisory and consultancy services related to commercial excellence and revenue growth across various sectors such as digital technologies, energy, healthcare and mobility. Our clients' businesses are often driven by digitalization, innovation and sustainability. Our consultancy scope includes for instance market entry and growth strategy, public affairs, operations footprint as well as client and partner acquisition.
You will be working in project teams collecting, analysing and presenting information and insights to our clients, which you mostly get from interactions with external stakeholders on the market. You will support senior colleagues in sales dialogues, insight driven development of new business opportunities, as well as prospecting and together with the team, develop customer value propositions.
We are looking for an Associate/Consultant who are interested in a fast-paced environment, having a steep learning curve and would like to work in a dedicated team supporting Swedish clients in their growth journey in the UAE, as well as the rest of Middle East and globally. The role is based in Dubai, but you will be expected to work with our teams and clients around the world, as required.

Formal requirements
You have a Master of Science in Business Administration or equivalent.
You have a recent university degree or 1-3 years of relevant working experience of relevant experience from a consultancy firm or equivalent.
You are result-oriented, analytical and with a strong drive and an ability to handle new challenges.
You preferably have experience in conducting sales of services and enjoy sales challenges.
A high level of proficiency in written and spoken English is a requirement. Arabic and Swedish language skills are a strong advantage.
It is meriting if you have experience from an international context from studying and/or working.
